LTC Properties Appoints David Boitano as Chief Investment Officer Amid Strategic Growth Plans

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., April 21, 2025 (FINANCE INTERVIEWS) — Real estate investment trust LTC Properties, Inc., a company specializing in seniors housing and health care properties, has announced the appointment of David Boitano as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. The appointment follows the promotion of Clint Malin to Co-Chief Executive Officer in December 2024.
Boitano has held leadership roles in the seniors housing and health care finance sector, including at Ventas, where he was responsible for sourcing investments and underwriting transactions totaling over $5 billion, according to the company.
