Winters brings over 15 years of experience in operations and client success within the legal technology and services sector. Prior to joining 4L Managed Accounting, Winters served as Chief Client Officer at SurePoint Technologies, where he led strategic initiatives, built and scaled teams, and contributed to client engagement efforts. He also serves as Vice Chair of the Association of Legal Administrators Future Readiness Advisory Council and has been featured in Legal Management Magazine and Law.com.
